Ingersoll Rand in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to strengthen the Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ ecosystems, including SAP/Oracle ERP integrations. You will ensure system stability, partner with business users, and drive continuous improvement in service operations.

The role requires 5+ years in Salesforce in large enterprise settings, strong customization skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and/or Oracle ERP.
• Experience with CPQ best practices, governor limits, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Salesforce code and customization.
• ERP integrations through APEX and Custom Components
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job & Division Summary

The Senior Salesforce Developer will support and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem with a primary focus on Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. The role will maintain application stability, partner with business users, support integrations including with SAP, PMPro, Adobe and drive continuous improvement across service operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, requests, and changes through ServiceNow and Salesforce
• Support testing cycles, releases and documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP and/or Oracle ERP.
• Experience with CPQ best practices, governor limits, and performance tuning
• Experience with Document Generating and Templates (PDF, Word, and Adobe e-sign.
• Experience with Salesforce code and customization.
• ERP integrations through APEX and Custom Components
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce CPQ Certification.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with Enosix integration platform

Technical Skills
