Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Engineer to design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and cross-system integrations. You will conduct advanced SQL and Python analyses to uncover data quality issues and insights, while enforcing governance and security across Salesforce data assets.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data models into actionable BI and reporting, leveraging Snowflake, BigQuery, and Tableau/Power BI in a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7–9+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Salesforce Data Architecture, or CRM Data Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Salesforce data migration, integration, and transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and synchronize datasets into Salesforce.
• Create integration solutions between Salesforce and enterprise apps using APIs and middleware.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify data quality issues, trends and anomalies.
• Develop data-driven insights to support operations and strategy.
• Implement data governance, automated quality controls, deduplication, and security best practices.
