Job summary

CLOUDSUFI is seeking a Senior Salesforce AI Architect to drive scalable AI adoption across the Salesforce ecosystem and align AI capabilities with enterprise strategy. The role emphasizes governance, secure integration, and scalable architecture to deliver impactful CRM AI solutions.

You will collaborate with GCP AI and architecture teams to design frameworks, strategies, and standards that propel data-driven transformation across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and platform engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and Data Cloud.
• Experience designing enterprise CRM solutions and AI/GenAI adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GCP AI and enterprise architecture teams on AI strategy and roadmap.
• Align Salesforce AI capabilities with enterprise AI initiatives and evaluate build-vs-buy decisions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce AI Architect to drive scalable AI adoption and business transformation across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will focus on delivering practical AI-enabled business outcomes while establishing long-term architecture standards and enterprise AI integration patterns. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce platform expertise combined with strong understanding of enterprise AI strategy, customer engagement workflows, automation, and AI-powered user experiences. This individual will work closely with the GCP AI Architect and enterprise architecture teams to align Salesforce AI capabilities with the broader enterprise AI strategy. This role will play a critical part in balancing rapid delivery of business value with scalable, governed, and maintainable AI architecture decisions across the Salesforce platform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
• Experience integrating with GCP Vertex AI, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration, RAG, copilots, and conversational AI.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives and cross-platform collaboration.
