The candidate should hold a B.E./B.Tech and bring 10+ years of relevant experience to drive design reviews and ensure robust documentation with cross-functional teams in a reputed MNC environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PCB design and development.
• B.E./B.Tech degree required.
• Experience developing PCB layouts to meet technical, economic, and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop PCB layouts considering requirements, costs, and PCB manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, construction, production, and PCB manufacturers.
• Design and optimize PCB layouts for EMC, thermal management, and insulation coordination.
• Select processes and materials for PCB production.
• Optimize layouts for DfM and assembly testing (DfT).
• Conduct design reviews and maintain development and manufacturing documentation.

• Development of PCB layouts considering technical requirements, economic aspects as well as specifications and standards for PCB manufacturing
• Close collaboration with hardware engineering, construction and production as well as with PCB manufacturers
• Design and optimization of PCB layouts with regard to EMC, thermal management, insulation coordination, etc.
• Selection of processes and materials for PCB production
• Optimization of PCB layouts considering production technologies of manufacturers and assembly service providers (DfM) as well as assembly testing (DfT)
• Execution of design reviews
• Maintenance and improvement of standards for development and manufacturing documentation in cooperation with relevant departments
