We are a fast growing fintech company focused on delivering automated lending solutions to micro entrepreneurs and individuals across India. Located in Bengaluru, we are looking for a credit policy and risk modeling professional to help shape our credit strategies and portfolio management.

Role and Responsibilities

• Understand credit policies for various banks & NBFCs in the Indian lending space and provide thought leadership on improving customer acquisition strategies.
• Design and run tests & experiments to monitor existing models and evaluate customer credit behavior.
• Track acquisition funnel, model performance, and portfolio trends to generate insights for strategic lending and business decisions.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to build new credit acquisition and risk management capabilities and refine existing ones.
• Ideate and launch next‑generation lending products and structures to drive innovation.
• Monitor monthly transactions and produce risk and planning reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in credit policy, underwriting strategies, and risk modeling.
• Experience in credit risk for short‑term unsecured loan products (personal loans, credit cards) in the Indian market.
• Experience developing lending, customer acquisition and/or portfolio management strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel and BI dashboards; knowledge of Python & R is a bonus.
• Passion for redefining frontiers and doing cutting‑edge work in unsecured credit risk.
