Job summary

NXP Semiconductors India Pvt. Ltd. in Pune invites an RFIC Validation Engineer to drive validation of KPI signals for RF blocks in Connectivity products.

You will measure, validate and summarize transceiver block parameters, support test automation, and collaborate with IP design teams to debug issues. You will oversee validation of PA, PPA, Mixer, LNA, ADC blocks; coordinate ATE and bench correlation; ensure robust test plans, coverage models and sign-off criteria; own readiness for tape-out

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering (or related).
• 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor validation (RF/System), product engineering, or silicon debug.
• Hands-on with lab equipment like Spectrum analyzer, VNA, Oscilloscope, RF signal generator.
• Lab bring-up and silicon debug tools (JTAG, logic analyzers, scopes).
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

Job description

The RFIC Validation Engineer is responsible for comprehensive validation of key product indicators (KPI's) as defined in the system compliance matrix for RF blocks in Connectivity products. Candidate should have experience in measuring and validating RF Block level parameters of transceiver blocks and needs to understand how RF block parameters effect system KPIs. Candidate should have experience in test automations and needs to analyze & summarize the test results to IP design team and needs to collaboratively work with IP design team to debug issues if any.
