Job summary

N Space Tech in Hyderabad, India, seeks an experienced RF/microwave design engineer to lead development of circuits and subsystems up to 40 GHz. You will leverage ADS or AWR Microwave Office for simulation and validation, performing impedance matching, Smith chart analyses, and S-parameter work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on RF/microwave design experience.
• Experience with ADS or AWR Microwave Office.
• Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals and matching networks.
• Familiarity with RFPCB/module design and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF/microwave circuits and subsystems up to 40 GHz.
• Proficient in RF simulation tools such as ADS and AWR.
• Analyze S-parameters, Smith charts, and impedance matching.
• Design RFPCBs and modules, ensure performance and reliability.
• Operate test equipment: VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters.
• Document designs with clear technical reports.
