Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions invites applications for the Senior Research Associate-FD role. The position focuses on delivering projects within timelines, cost and specifications, including formulation development and manufacturing of solid oral and other dosage forms.

Responsibilities include developing and executing NCE and generic projects using QbD, preparing summaries and development reports, and generating GMP-compliant documentation for assigned products.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of NCE projects, generic projects and line extension projects using QbD principal.
• Preparation of literature summary and development report to the assigned product.
• Involvement in formulation development, process development and manufacturing of GMP batches for the assigned product.
• Preparation of technical documents like MFC, BMR, BPR and Stability protocol following GDP.
• Follow GxP (GMP, GDP etc.) for all processes and train subordinates accordingly.
• Execution of scale-up and pilot/clinical batches in pilot under GMP conditions.
• Calibrating and maintaining R&D instruments and equipment.
• Procuring/ indenting materials and machine parts for relevant projects.
• Maintain safe and hygienic conditions in the respective department.
• Ensure use of PPE during batch execution.
• Attend training related to FD, EHS and QA as applicable.
• Handle waste and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• Prepare technical presentations and present to clients.
