Job summary

Teleradiology Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Research Assistant to contribute to medical imaging research, with an emphasis on Radiology, Cardiology, teleradiology, and AI-enabled analytics. The role combines data collection, analysis, and writing for publication in peer‑reviewed journals.

You will collaborate with radiologists and a clinical training team, develop research proposals, maintain databases, and support manuscripts, abstracts, and conference presentations.

Qualifications

• PhD or relevant postgraduate degree required.
• Strong background in medical imaging and statistics.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research in medicine focusing on Radiology/Cardiology and AI.
• Write scientific articles for journals.
• Draft research proposals and grants; documentation.
• Literature search and review of journals.
• Extract research data from RADSpa and imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, HRCT, Echo).
• Maintain the Research Database.
• Manage the research tracker/project information management.
• Review literature and obtain information materials.
• Understand and implement research methodologies for data acquisition, analysis, and statistics.
• Apply Excel and learn new functions.
• Follow up on journal submissions to closure.
• Prepare abstracts, cover letters, DOIs/Conflict of Interest statements.
• Collaborate with Radiologists for conferences and papers.
• Assist in developing educational/testing material.
• Assist with special projects and reports.

• Research in the field of medicine with a focus on Radiology/Cardiology, Teleradiology, Emergency Imaging, Deep Learning/Artificial Intelligence.
• Writing scientific articles with a goal to publish in journals of repute.
• Writing Research proposals and Grants, documentation,
• Adept in Journals literature search and review.
• Extracting research data from RADSpa and other sources for radiology cases with modalities which includes X-ray, CT, MRI, HRCT, Echo.
• Maintaining the Research Database.
• Establish and maintain the research tracker/ project information management system.
• Review literature and obtain information materials from journals and publications
• Understand and implement Research methodologies for data acquisition and analysis
• Understand and implement Statistical Analysis of data.
