• Operate test equipment: multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter, power analyzer, etc.
• Review BOM, technical specs, test reports and docs.
• Ensure BIS/IEC standards and product compliance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and support design improvements.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and other teams for development and validation.
• ERP system knowledge is a plus.

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in ECE/EEE

Experience:

36 years in R&D, Testing, Validation, or Product Development.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience in electronics/electrical testing and product validation.
• Working knowledge of LED drivers, SMPS/power supply cards, electronic circuits and components.
• Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment such as multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter,power analyzer, etc.
• Understanding of BOM, technical specifications, test reports and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of applicable BIS/IEC standards and product compliance requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot product/electrical issues and support design improvement and product development.
• Coordination with Production, Quality, Purchase and other cross-functional teams for product development and validation.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong interest in hands-on R&D and new product development.
