Job summary

Requirements include 8-10 years in global firms, finance acumen, and experience with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and Refinitiv. MBA/Finance master's and CFA/CA are a plus. Typical hours from 7 am to 4 pm or 4 pm to 1 am.

Qualifications

In this role you will be responsible for:

What you’ll do in the role:

• Scoping and onboarding new projects and preparing methodology for the project.
• Collaborate closely with bankers to understand project requirements, deliver relevant research and analytical support, and build strong working relationships through responsive communication and consistent delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using AI tools, with the ability to build AI solutions and develop agents that improve research quality, automate workflows and enhance productivity.
• Manage daily workflows, manage client expectations, and ensure seamless handovers between shifts.
• Create company profiles, comparable and precedent transaction analyses, financial benchmarking, Company and industry analysis reports, newsletters, earning summaries and providing research and support.
• Possess a thorough understanding of advanced modeling principles and construct or maintain financial models.
• Conduct systematic data analysis and translate complex information into clear, accessible formats to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automation in business research and analytics to optimize research and analytics products.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of all regular and customized client requests during the shift.
• Enforce necessary quality control frameworks
• Provide training and guidance to team members. Prepare work instruction manuals and training modules as needed.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Client-focused with ability to anticipate needs, address clients’ expectations, effectively manage
• priorities and cooperate to achieve objectives.
• Relevant experience in multi-sector information research and relatable experience in Investment
• Banking (preferred) or financial services.
• Experience with databases such as S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.
• Strong business/Finance/accounting acumen, understanding of financial modeling, ratios etc.
• Project Management with outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in training, quality checking and guiding juniors in the team.
• Technical know-how in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• MBA or a master’s degree in finance with experience of building and delivering analytical products for Investment Banking and financial services firm.

Experience:

Working hours:

7 am to 4 pm / 4 pm to 1 am

Residence Location:

Candidates must reside within 30 kilometers of the office in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Stand out if you have:
