Deutsche Bank AG in Pune, India seeks a Senior Requirement Engineer to bridge business needs with IT delivery for lending systems. The role emphasizes shaping requirements, collaborating across Business, Operations and IT, and supporting QA/UAT activities.

You will contribute to end-to-end lifecycle delivery in a dynamic banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, UML expertise, and experience with data analysis and agile methods.

Qualifications

• Outstanding analysis skills with process modelling, use cases/story writing and data modelling using UML.
• Experience with data analysis including SQL.
• Financial domain experience is a plus, especially lending.
• Understanding of lending products is beneficial.
• Full project life cycle experience from initiation to delivery.
• Agile methodology experience is advantageous.
• Ability to document client needs, internal processes and workflows.
• Excellent written and oral communication; attention to detail.

The whole life cycle for mortgage and consumer loans as well as securitization solutions for these loans is covered within the department and supported by the several teams.To extend and maintain these systems, an experienced Functional Analyst is required.The key objective of this role is to bridge the gap between the client’s needs and the technical delivery team and to help successfully deliver projects within this diverse and challenging space.
