Job summary

PwC in Hyderabad region seeks a Senior MDM / Reltio Integration Hub (Offshore) Developer to design, configure, and enhance enterprise MDM solutions using the Reltio platform. Lead integration development, data modeling, and security policy enforcement across cloud and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities include testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on data quality, performance, and scalable batch/real-time data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 69+ years of experience in MDM and enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skill.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Reltio MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and reference data.
• Implement match/merge rules, survivorship logic, validation rules, and workflows.
• Analyze and validate master data using SQL and Snowflake.
• Design and develop batch and real-time integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Build data pipelines between MDM, source systems, and downstream platforms.
• Perform unit, system, and regression testing of MDM configurations and integrations.
• Create technical design documents, configuration specifications, and runbooks.

Role Summary

The Senior MDM / RIH Developer is responsible for the design, configuration, development, and enhancement of enterprise Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform. The role provides hands-on technical leadership in MDM configuration, integration development, and data quality enablement, following established best practices.

Key Responsibilities

MDM Configuration & Customization

• Configure and customize Reltio MDM data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and reference data
• Implement match/merge rules, survivorship logic, validation rules, and workflows
• Configure role-based access controls and data security policies
• Analyze and validate master data using SQL and Snowflake

Integration Development

• Design and develop batch and real-time integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)
• Build data pipelines between MDM, source systems, and downstream platforms
• Optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization and integration issues

Testing, Deployment & Support

• Perform unit, system, and regression testing of MDM configurations and integrations
• Support deployments across development, test, and production environments
• Provide production support and defect resolution

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Create technical design documents, configuration specifications, and runbooks
• Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization
• Recommend improvements aligned with enterprise MDM best practices
