PeopleStrong seeks a seasoned Release Manager to own end-to-end release automation across multiple products and teams, from source control to deployment and post-release reviews. You will work with cloud-native infrastructures on AWS and drive governance, risk assessment, rollback planning, and production readiness.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in software delivery and DevOps, with at least 5 years in release management for large-scale enterprise platforms, and excels in stakeholder

• End-to-end ownership of release automation, execution, and post-release reviews across multiple products and teams from source code management, branching, merging etc. standpoint.
• Deep expertise in release management for cloud-native, microservices-based platforms deployed on AWS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps tooling, and release automation practices.
• Experience driving release governance, change management, risk assessment, rollback planning, and production readiness reviews.
• Ability to coordinate across Engineering, PMO, QA, Security, and Business stakeholders to ensure predictable and high-quality releases.
• Proven track record of improving release frequency, stability, deployment success rates, and operational efficiency through automation.
• Experience managing complex release schedules involving multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across senior leadership and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in software delivery and DevOps, including at least 5 years in release management roles supporting large-scale enterprise platforms.
