AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer for Wheels Used operations in Hyderabad. The role serves as the primary interface with customers and sourcing channels, driving business through dealers and channels.

The candidate will achieve monthly targets, source leads, verify customer documents, and coordinate vehicle delivery. It requires strong relationship-building, field sales skills, and integrity in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in professional communication, with verbal and written fluency

• Experience in field sales or banking/financial services is preferred

Responsabilités

• Achieve assigned targets and productivity requirements; meet monthly thresholds
• Generate leads from sourcing channels, follow up and close deals
• Assess customer profile, collect documentation and refer to credit for approval
• Coordinate delivery of vehicles from dealers/channel partners; monitor asset safety
• Follow up on deferrals and post-disbursement documents promptly
• Ensure direct sourcing from authorized dealers; avoid third-party sourcing
• Maintain relationships with dealers and referrals to generate volumes
• Ensure asset verification, manage non-starter/early-default cases, and service requests

Designation: Senior Relationship Officer Wheels Used

Position description: Primary interface of the bank with the customer as well as the channels for business sourcing

Primary Responsibilities:

• 1. Achieve assigned targets and productivity requirements - meet the threshold targets on monthly basis2. Generate potential business leads from sourcing channels, follow up and bring it to closure3. Assess customer profile, visit customer's place, collect necessary documentation and recommend customers to credit for approval4. Ensure physical delivery of vehicle from the dealer/channel partner - stay vigilant about asset jumping/over pricing etc.5. Follow up and collect deferrals and post disbursement documents in a timely manner.6. Ensure only Direct sourcing from authorised dealers and empanelled channels - no third party sourcing, includes employees of other banks and financial institutions.7. Manage relationship with dealers, Commercial Associates, referrals and other sourcing channels to generate business volumes through these channels.8. Ensure Asset verification and Non starter-Early default cases and build relationships9. Ensure timely servicing of customer service requests

• 1. No false commitments in the market place/ Misselling strictly not allowed2. No cash transactions without official reciepts3. share all relevant information with seniors promptly.4. To understand the core of the bank's business philosophy and methodology5. Explain terms and conditions to the customer with full transparency and clarity6. Provide timely feedback on customers to the channels
