Job summary

Idfc First Bank Limited is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Commercial Credit Cards in India. You will drive NTB corporate client acquisitions and grow the commercial card portfolio across the assigned region, overseeing onboarding and spend activation.

Responsibilities include client training on digital tools, coordinating end-to-end onboarding, and acting as the primary post-onboarding contact while supporting RHs and coverage teams to close deals and drive spend growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (any field) required.
• Postgraduate degree (any field) preferred.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in relationship management or credit/cards domain.

• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and post-onboarding support.

• Assist RHs and Coverage Teams in completing deal documentation and onboarding
• Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding
• Train clients on corporate card portal and digital tools
• Track card usage and proactively drive spend enhancement
• Act as point of contact for post-onboarding support
