Job summary

IMS People Possible, part of IMS Group, is hiring for a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter – High Volume Staffing (Out of Hours). You will recruit for temporary and ongoing roles across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, customer service and industrial sectors.

Join a Global Client-facing team with around 3,000 employees and 250+ organisations. Training is provided and out-of-hours shifts are part of the role, with weekend-free schedules.

What You'll Do

As part of our dedicated Out of Hours Recruitment team, you'll recruit for temporary and ongoing positions across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, customer service and industrial sectors.

You’ll:

• Source, screen and engage candidates.
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies.
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate bookings, shift fulfillment and last-minute cover.
• Build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate records within ATS and recruitment systems.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys a busy, people-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for motivated people with excellent communication and organisational skills.

You will be successful if you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and working to deadlines.

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, BPO or operations is beneficial but not essential—full training is provided.

Knowledge of candidate sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, temporary staffing or ATS systems would be an advantage but isn't essential.

Working Hours

You’ll work a 9-hour shift between 12:30PM to 11PM, with weekends off, supporting international clients.
