We are seeking an experienced Senior React Lead to support the design, development, and evolution of modern frontend applications for a large-scale transformation program. This role combines hands‑on React development with technical leadership, frontend architecture, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend best practices, UI architecture, and AI‑assisted development workflows, along with the ability to mentor engineers, drive technical decisions, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

This position is intended for Hyderabad‑based candidates who are available to work from the office.

• Lead frontend development using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Define and support frontend architecture, component structure, and implementation standards

• Strong experience as a Senior React Engineer or React Lead with hands‑on ownership of production applications.
• Deep knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with experience building reusable and maintainable frontend components.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance optimization, and responsive UI development.
• Experience integrating React applications with REST APIs and enterprise backend services.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, browser behavior, and modern frontend engineering practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong Git workflow habits and familiarity with modern frontend tooling and testing practices.
• Hands‑on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent.
• Experience with AI‑assisted coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and prompt‑driven development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile, client‑facing environments.
