Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Consultant with strong expertise in React JS, React Native, and modern JavaScript frameworks to lead the development of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience driving end-to-end solution delivery, defining frontend/mobile architecture, mentoring teams, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Roles Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications using React JS.
• Architect and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS platforms.
• Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and frontend/mobile architecture best practices.
• Build reusable component libraries and design systems to accelerate development.
• Drive application performance optimization, scalability, security, and accessibility initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver business requirements.
• Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, and solution architecture workshops.
• Integrate applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and cloud-native platforms.
• Support CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor and guide development teams while ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.

Technical Requirement

• 9-11 years of software development experience with strong expertise in frontend and mobile application development.
• Extensive hands-on experience in React JS, React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux, Redux Toolkit, and state management frameworks.
• Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in responsive design, cross-platform development, and mobile application lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and API-driven architectures.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Additional Responsibility

• Experience with Next.js and modern frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, Deep Linking, and Analytics integration.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Exposure to mobile security best practices and app store deployment processes.
• Experience leading distributed teams and client-facing engagements.
