About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior React JS Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Redux.
• Build reusable UI components and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Manage application state efficiently using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar state management libraries.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure application reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of overall software development experience.
• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Expertise in Redux / Redux Toolkit for state management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with modern frontend tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Functional Components, and Component Lifecycle.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.

Educational Qualifications
