Overview

The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring symplr software solutions are delivered with the highest quality.Senior Quality Engineer is involved in all aspects of software development. This includes designing and executing test plans, creating and following an automated test strategy, planning and executing a thorough regression before release, and working with the team to ensure quality best practices are adhered to.

Duties & Responsibilities

• As member of an agile development team, participate in daily stand-ups, planning and other meetings
• Work with engineering and product teams to devise a test strategy for the features being built
• Collaborate with quality engineers and other members of the team to execute test strategy
• Design, develop and execute tests based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Implement an automated test strategy that is scalable and reliable
• Analyze test results, communicate issues and report any defects

Escalate risks and dependencies encountered during testing

Skills Required
