Job summary

NeevCloud, an AI-first Cloud & Data Infrastructure company in India, seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to own the quality strategy across our AI cloud platform. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Success to ensure releases are reliable, secure, and production ready.

You will work beyond UI testing, validating distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, GPU provisioning, container deployments, and observability.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
• Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, API, and automation testing.
• Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality for all product releases.
• Define and execute test strategies for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and API testing.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality‑focused feedback during product development.

Role Overview

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will own the quality strategy across our AI cloud platform. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Success to ensure every release is reliable, secure, scalable, and production ready.

This role goes beyond UI testing. You will validate distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, GPU provisioning, AI inference workflows, Kubernetes deployments, billing, and developer experience.

You will help establish quality engineering as a core engineering discipline through automation, performance testing, and release validation.
