Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior QA Test Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience in Manual Testing, Database Testing (SQL), Security Testing, and Test Automation using C# and Selenium WebDriver. The ideal candidate should be capable of working as an Independent Contributor, owning end-to-end quality assurance activities, and ensuring the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-quality software products. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in functional testing, database validation, security testing practices, automation framework development, defect tracking, and Agile methodologies. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with development, business, and product teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Functional & Manual Testing

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, review, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify hidden defects and usability issues.
• Validate application behavior against business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Database Testing (SQL)

• Perform backend testing and data validation across applications and databases.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data verification.
• Validate data integrity using:

• Verify data migration, transformation, and synchronization processes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies and performance issues.

Security Testing

Defect Management & Reporting

• Identify, document, and track defects through closure using Azure DevOps.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring defects.
• Provide detailed test execution reports and quality metrics.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and release readiness reviews.

Agile & Quality Processes

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including:

• Estimate testing effort and identify project risks.
