Job summary

EPAM Systems India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Quality Architect to drive end-to-end quality architecture for complex customer initiatives in India. You will plan the full-cycle project infrastructure, design components, and engage with clients on architecture design and audits.

Responsibilities include designing large-scale solutions, defining test automation strategy, overseeing manual and automated testing, and supporting pre-sales with architecture demos and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 15 to 19 years of IT experience.
• GenAI tools expertise and AI/ML-based systems experience.
• Strong programming/scripting experience in at least one language (Java, C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Proactive leadership in architecture engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design large-scale solutions with deep technical details.
• Work with business to identify project requirements.
• Design TA solutions that are maintainable, extensible, modular and follow industry practices (SOLID, patterns).
• Create and maintain TA frameworks or shared formats across projects.
• Define and implement comprehensive test automation strategies including roadmap and tools.
• Create and maintain documentation for automation processes, workflows and configurations.
• Evaluate and select test automation tools for different purposes.
• Oversee test automation architecture frameworks and extend them.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics for manual, automated and performance testing.
• Oversee both manual and automated testing to validate functional, integration, regression and performance aspects.
• Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools and techniques.
• Perform architecture review/audit.
• Engage in hands-on pre-sale activities (Proposal, RFP, Demos).
• Communicate with customers during solution design or implementation.
