EPAM Systems in India seeks a Quality Solution Architect with 12-19 years IT experience, including 5+ years in solution architecture design. You will plan end-to-end project infrastructure, assess build vs buy, and lead architecture discussions with customers to reach go-live.

You will build PoCs, audit systems for improvements, champion DevOps, cloud, and AI/ML testing practices, and guide teams across SDLC methodologies while staying current with industry trends.

We're seeking a Quality Solution Architect to address customer business objectives and technical requirements. This position suits individuals passionate about engineering solutions and technology. Your responsibilities will include planning end-to-end project infrastructure and design, determining whether product components should be pre-built, off-the-shelf solutions or custom-developed from the ground up. Additionally, you'll have the chance to build proofs of concept for certain solution elements, as well as audit existing systems to assess their performance and identify potential enhancements.

Requirements

• 12-19 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years specifically in solution architecture design
• Proficiency in developing test automation strategies across various domains and project types (T&M and Fixed-Price)
• Deep knowledge of test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Java, C# .NET, or Python)
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of architecture principles with the ability to recommend automation solutions tailored to specific architectures
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise and business architecture concepts
• Hands-on experience with multiple software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Scrum, RUP)
• Solid foundation in Cloud technologies, DevOps, and Software Engineering practices
• Practical experience with GenAI tools, including testing AI/ML-based systems, working with LLMs, MCPs, and RAG, and evaluating agents using frameworks like DeepEval/Ragas
• Strong grasp of web application and web service architectures, relational and non-relational data storage, and cross-cutting concerns including security, monitoring, and caching
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive mindset in architecture engagements, with experience working on-site with customers and excellent communication abilities
