Job summary

Creditsafe in India is seeking a Dynamics 365 Tester with 2+ years of experience to validate Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) modules. You will analyze requirements, perform gap analysis, and prepare acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality software delivery.

You will work with BAs, POs, Developers, QA, and stakeholders, participating in Agile ceremonies and crafting detailed test plans and cases. API testing, regression testing, and security testing are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Software Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Strong understanding of CRM and ERP business processes.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Gap Analysis, and translating requirements into Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience in designing and executing Functional, Regression, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Smoke, Sanity, UAT, API Testing, and Security Role-based Testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Experience in validating role-based security, permissions, field-level security, and access controls within Dynamics 365 applications.
• Experience documenting requirements, Acceptance Criteria, Test Plans, Scenarios, Cases, Execution Reports, and Defect Reports.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted testing tools and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Exposure to automation testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or EasyRepro.

Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end business processes across CE and F&O modules.
• Verify security role-based testing and access control within Dynamics 365.
• Log, track, and validate defects in Azure DevOps and retest after fixes.
• Prepare and maintain Test Plans, Scenarios, Cases, Execution and Defect Reports.
• Release validation, production smoke testing, and post-deployment verification.
• Contribute to automation testing initiatives and leverage AI tools to improve testing efficiency.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Tester with 2+ years of experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 Sales (Customer Engagement) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules. The candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, performing gap analysis, preparing Acceptance Criteria, validating end‑to‑end business processes, executing functional and regression testing, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders, functional specifications, and user stories to understand business needs and system functionality.
• Perform Gap Analysis by identifying missing requirements, ambiguities, dependencies, and potential impacts across Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) modules.
• Prepare detailed Acceptance Criteria based on business requirements and obtain validation and sign-off from business stakeholders prior to development and testing.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA team members, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate business expectations, and resolve functional queries.
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Design, develop, and execute test scenarios and test cases based on approved business requirements and Acceptance Criteria.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Smoke, Sanity, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), API Testing, and Security Role-based Testing.
• Perform API Testing using Postman or similar tools to validate request/response payloads, integrations, business rules, and error handling.
• Validate end-to-­end business processes across Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) modules.
• Perform Security Role-based Testing to validate user roles, permissions, field-level security, record access, and role-based functionality across Dynamics 365 applications.
• Verify integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications or third‑party systems.
• Identify, log, track, and validate defects using Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring timely resolution and re‑testing.
• Prepare and maintain Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Acceptance Criteria, Test Execution Reports, and Defect Reports.
• Perform release validation, production smoke testing, and post‑deployment verification.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Contribute to automation testing initiatives and leverage AI-powered tools to improve test design, documentation, and testing efficiency.
