Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Pune, India is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks for the Advanced Distribution Planning System (ADPS) platform. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with significant experience in UI testing.
Experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
Ability to analyze defects and drive root-cause investigations.

Responsibilities

Review technical specifications and engineering requirements.
Create detailed test plans and test cases.
Design, maintain, and execute automated and manual tests.
Validate functionality, performance, and security of .NET and C# applications.
Analyze defects and collaborate with developers on solutions.
Promote QA best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Work closely with development and product teams to ensure requirements are thoroughly tested.
Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies.
Evaluate and implement modern testing tools, including AI-based solutions.
Maintain complete test documentation and quality metrics.
Verify UI implementation against design specifications, wireframes, and Figma designs.
Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Business Analysts throughout the development lifecycle.
