Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional QA or software testing experience, ideally involving cloud-native, SaaS, or AI-powered applications.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or comparable technologies.
• Direct experience testing AI-driven systems, including AI agents, conversational AI, LLM-powered features, or generative AI outputs.
• Understanding of AI evaluation and validation, particularly around accuracy, consistency, reliability, safety, and bias.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially when testing unpredictable or dynamic AI-driven workflows.

This is an opportunity to own quality across an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform used by thousands of professionals. You will test sophisticated workflows where conversational AI, automation, and data-driven functionality are embedded directly into everyday user experiences. The role combines hands‑on manual and automated testing with AI evaluation, API testing, exploratory testing, and quality engineering. You will work closely with product managers and developers to identify issues early and help deliver reliable, intuitive, and safe experiences. You’ll have meaningful ownership over multiple product areas in a fast‑moving, scaling environment. This role is ideal for a QA professional who enjoys solving complex problems and helping establish strong quality practices in an AI‑first organization. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in India.

Accountabilities:
