• Team Management:Lead and mentormultiple QA teamsacross manual and automation functions, fostering a culture of quality excellence and continuous learning.
• Automation Excellence:Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks usingPlaywright and Selenium.
• AI Integration:Drive the adoption ofAI tools and LLMsfor dynamic test generation, predictive risk analysis, and automated QA workflows.
• DevOps & CI/CD:Integrate automated testing seamlessly intoCI/CD/CT pipelinesto enable high-frequency, automated releases.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Product, Engineering, and DevOps leads to ensure quality standards are met at every stage of theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
