This is a Full-Time Job located in Chennai, India.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be the owner of quality assurance for multiple SAAS based products
- Will be responsible for development, execution, analysis and maintenance of test cases and scripts
- Play a key role in testing planning, pre-grooming, grooming and sprint planning
- Responsible for sprint, release and regression automation
- Responsible to sign off release from quality standpoint
- Will be involved in build, deployment and manage environments
- Organise demo to all stakeholders, present QA reports, metrics with analysis
- Understand customer issues and challenges, provide analysis and recommendations
- Collaborate effectively with product, development and QA team members
- Coach and mentor junior engineers
Skill:
- 5-8 yrs of experience in product and automation testing
- Expertise in development of test plan and strategy
- Expertise in quality assurance processes
- Expertise in SAAS base product release
- Expertise in agile base release processes and release management tool - Jira
- Expertise in test management tool - Jira Xray/Zephyr or Testrail and code management tool - GIT (bitbucket)
- Strong ability to develop framework, script, CI pipeline, maintain CI execution stability
- Strong ability to maintain test case and test script quality
- Good communication and collaboration skill
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a Masters preferred.
5+ years of proven experience.
