• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to prepare test plans and test cases.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
• Execute tests, identify defects, and track them to resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Verify bug fixes and re-test accordingly.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality feedback.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Experience in test automation will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute test cases, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution through defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Verify bug fixes and conduct re-testing activities.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-focused feedback.
• Prepare test reports and communicate testing progress and quality metrics.
• Support release validation and production verification activities.
• Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Expertise in: Functional Testing Regression Testing Integration Testing System Testing UAT Testing
• Experience in Test Case Design, Test Execution, and Defect Management.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have
