Senior Python Fullstack Developer (6+ Years)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Fullstack Developer with 6+ years of professional experience to design, build, and scale our next-generation web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between robust, enterprise-grade backend architecture and dynamic, high-performance user interfaces.

The ideal candidate brings advanced asynchronous Python engineering patterns, production-proven FastAPI expertise, and hands-on experience integrating Generative AI workflows (RAG). You will be responsible for end-to-end feature delivery, leveraging cloud-native infrastructure and modern frontend technologies to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Architecture & APIs: Architect, write, and maintain clean, reliable, and asynchronous codebases utilizing Clean Architecture / Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles. Design high-throughput, type-safe REST APIs using FastAPI and Pydantic v2.
• Frontend Engineering: Build responsive, interactive, and modular user interfaces using React and modern state management ecosystems.
• AI & Search Integration: Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, manage vector search spaces, and apply advanced Prompt Engineering to embed intelligent features into our core applications.
• Enterprise Security & Integrations: Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, PAT (Personal Access Tokens), and ADFS, alongside complex third-party REST API integrations.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, aligning development with secure and automated CI/CD practices.
• Leadership & Code Quality: Enforce code quality via strict Python Type Hints, comprehensive testing practices, and thorough code reviews. Mentor junior team members on production best practices.

Required Technical Skills

Python & Backend (Advanced)

• Strong proficiency in Python 3.10+, with deep experience in Asynchronous programming (asyncio) and concurrent patterns.
• Strict adherence to writing self-documenting code using Type Hints and static analysis tools (e.g., Mypy, Ruff).
• Proven history implementing Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, or Domain-Driven Design to maintain clean decoupling of business logic.

API Design & Ecosystem (Advanced)

• Hands-on experience building production environments with FastAPI leveraging Pydantic v2 data models.
• In-depth understanding of Enterprise Auth Patterns: ADFS, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and secure PAT generation/lifecycle management.
• Expert handling of complex HTTP networking, resilient API consumption, and data mapping.

Frontend Frameworks (Advanced)

• Core expertise in React (Hooks, Context API, state libraries like Redux/Zustand).
• Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, or tailwind environments for building modular UI layouts.

Artificial Intelligence & GenAI (Intermediate)

• Practical understanding of LLM capabilities and Prompt Engineering techniques (Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought).
• Conceptual and implementation knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, semantic search chunking strategy, and vector storage.

Cloud & Data Infrastructure (Intermediate)

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (e.g., Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM).
• Comfortable working with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and optimizing SQL queries.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years of commercial software engineering experience focusing on Python and React full-stack development.
