Prometteur Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React) with a strong AI/ML focus to join the core engineering team as an Individual Contributor.

You will design, build, and scale end‑to‑end software solutions that blend traditional full‑stack tech with AI/ML capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of hands-on software development, a B.Tech or higher qualification, and experience with FastAPI, React, AI/ML tools, and cloud/container platforms.

Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React / AI-ML Focus)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our core engineering team as a key Individual Contributor (IC). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling end-to-end software solutions that integrate traditional full-stack technology with modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities.

The candidate should have B. Tech or higher qualification with have 7–10 years of hands‑on software development experience. Any relevant certification in AI/ML and Cloud will be added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End System Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack web applications using Python (FastAPI) on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
• Database Design & Management: Architect and optimize both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) database schemas to handle complex data structures efficiently.
• AI & ML Integration: Leverage hands‑on experience in AI & ML technologies to implement predictive modeling, NLP, or LLM-driven features directly into production workflows.
• Individual Ownership: Act as a strong Individual Contributor, driving critical product features from technical specification through design, development, testing, and production deployment.
• API Development: Design and maintain clean, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
• Performance & Scalability: Optimize frontend performance and backend API latency to ensure low‑latency responsiveness and high availability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Articulate complex technical designs and trade-offs effectively to engineers, product managers, and executive stakeholders.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Advocate for clean code, solid testing practices (unit/integration), continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and conduct thorough code reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Core Technical Skills

• Overall Experience: 7 to 10 years of professional software development experience in an enterprise or high-growth tech environment.
• Backend: Expertise in Python with hands‑on proficiency in asynchronous frameworks, specifically FastAPI.
• Frontend: Strong proficiency in modern React.js (including Hooks, state management solutions like Redux/Zustand, and modern UI libraries).
• Databases: Strong hands‑on experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
• AI / ML Expertise: Hands‑on experience integrating AI/ML libraries and models (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face) into real-world applications.

2. Software Engineering Practices

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Firm grasp of Microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and asynchronous task processing.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.

3. Soft Skills & Operational Mindset

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mindset: Self-driven individual contributor who thrives on autonomy, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

• Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma).
• Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and monitoring/logging tools.
• Understanding of MLOps pipelines and model deployment strategies.
