The role requires deep technical expertise, strong mathematical or statistical understanding, and the ability to work effectively in cloud-native, containerized environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and servicesContribute to the architecture and implementation of scalable, cloud-based solutionsWork with containerized environments using Docker and KubernetesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including quant/risk analysts, DevOps, and business stakeholdersParticipate in requirements analysis, technical design, code reviews, and production supportApply analytical and statistical methods to solve complex business problems where requiredEnsure adherence to best practices in software engineering, security, and performance

SKILLS

Must have

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with Python5+ years of banking experienceStrong experience working in Linux environmentsPractical experience with Docker and KubernetesExperience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent)Participation in at least one banking project, preferably within market risk or a related risk domainSolid background in mathematics and/or statisticsProven proficiency in programming analytics using Python libraries such as:NumPyPandasSciPy (or equivalents)
