Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a skilled Python backend developer to design and implement scalable APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI, focusing on clean architecture and robust data handling.

Join a team working on microservices, containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud tech across AWS/Azure/GCP, ensuring quality with CI/CD and observability tools.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python with knowledge of OOP, multithreading, and async programming.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
• API development including REST, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS and OpenAPI documentation.
• Relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience with Django ORM/SQLAlchemy for data access.
• Version control with Git and familiarity with virtual environments and dependency management.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker.
• Orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift; cloud exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps; messaging with Kafka/RabbitMQ/Celery.
• Testing, logging/observability with PyTest/Unittest and ELK/Splunk/Prometheus/Grafana; security awareness.
