Job summary

Purview Services in India is seeking a skilled Python backend developer to design and implement robust RESTful services using Django, Flask or FastAPI. You will work on data models, APIs, and performance optimization.

You should be comfortable with SQL and NoSQL databases, ORM tools, and containerized microservices with Docker and Kubernetes, plus CI/CD and cloud exposure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python with OOP concepts, multithreading, and async programming.
• Experience with Django/Flask/FastAPI frameworks.
• API development with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS; Swagger/OpenAPI docs.
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• ORMs such as Django ORM or SQLAlchemy.
• Version control with Git; familiarity with virtual environments and dependency management.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker).
• Orchestration with Kubernetes/OpenShift; cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and Celery is a plus.
• Testing (PyTest, Unittest) and observability tools (ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).
