Basic Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • - Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent
  • - Experience in project or program management
  • - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
  • - Experience managing teams and building solutions in distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications
  • - Experience as an HR Business Partner or experience in an HR functional area including, but not limited HRP, HR services, or recruiting
  • - Experience working with global teams, driving organizational change initiatives, and developing talent management plans for a global organization
  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 10+ years of related experience including data analysis, change management, team building and leading experience
  • - Experience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challenges, or experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • - Master's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • - Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching
  • - Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
  • - Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
  • - Experience working cross-functionally and across regions
  • - Experience owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines
  • - Experience in organizational leadership and development or talent management, with experience in a senior leadership role
  • - Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
  • - Knowledge of employment laws
