Job description

Job Purpose

Ensure the effective and efficient execution of highly complex and specialized finance projects for business partners, coordinating and implementing requirements, and providing consulting and coaching on project management methods to empower Finance Services departments.

Your Tasks

• Set up the project organization and manage resources as part of the project.
• Create business cases, including complex ones if necessary.
• Organize training and change management workshops.
• Support stakeholders within and outside the project independently.
• Advise specialist departments on process optimization, IT system conversions and digitalization options.
• Anticipate internal or external business or regulatory challenges; recommend improvements and contribute to process improvement.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on best practices and procedures for optimal quality.
• Define quality standards.
• Identify potential new solutions by changing perspectives.

Your Profile

Education Level

Master’s Degree, preferably in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration or equivalent qualification.

Experience Level

• 5–7 years of experience in finance project management, finance processes (OTC/PTP/RTR), good functional SAP knowledge and strong digital understanding.
• Experience with financial services industries, understanding industry trends and challenges.
• Preferably consulting background.
• Experience delivering digitalization projects of finance processes.
• Strong communication skills and responsible team‑player attitude.
• High analytical and conceptual ability, attention to detail, focus on results.
• Experience working in a global set‑up, curiosity about culture.
• Advanced written and spoken English – C1 level or better.
