Role Summary
You take our enterprise customers live on Navio OS, our Execution Operating System, and you make sure every promise in a project is kept. You own each customer project from the signed contract to go-live within two weeks, and every rollout, change and release after it. You lead the plan, the people and the follow-up across our customer success, engineering, product and sales teams, and you give customers and our leadership a clear, honest picture of where every project stands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own several enterprise customer projects at once, end to end: kick-off, plan, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, go-live within two weeks, and handover to Customer Success.
- Turn each signed contract and scope of work into a plan with clear milestones, owners, dates and proof of done.
- Run the weekly rhythm: team stand-ups, customer status meetings and steering committees with CXOs, with written updates that show progress, risks and the decisions needed.
- Find risks and dependencies early (customer data, integrations, approvals, security reviews) and close them before they move a date.
- Control scope: weigh every change request for effort, timeline and commercial impact, and agree it in writing before work starts.
- Work with engineering and product on every release: turn customer needs into clear requirements, agree priorities, and follow each commitment through to delivery.
- Escalate early and with options, and stay calm and firm in hard conversations with customers and inside the team.
- Track delivery health (on-time go-lives, scope changes, open risks, customer satisfaction) and improve how we deliver, every quarter.
- Build our delivery playbook: templates, checklists and lessons from every project, so each rollout is faster than the last.
- Travel to customer offices when needed.
Must Have
- At least 5 years managing projects, with at least 3 of them delivering B2B SaaS software to business customers: implementations, rollouts or product releases.
- Has run several enterprise projects at the same time, with many stakeholders on both sides, and taken them live on time.
- Strong planning and tracking: work breakdown, timelines, critical path, risks, issues and dependencies, status reports, and tools such as Jira, Asana or MS Project.
- Understands how SaaS software is built and shipped (requirements, sprints, testing, releases, integrations, data migration, user roles and access), well enough to question an estimate.
- Clear written and spoken English: writes an update a CXO can read in one minute, and runs a meeting to a decision.
- Takes ownership, follows up until the work is done, and stays steady under pressure.
Good To Have
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or a similar certification.
- Enterprise software projects in insurance, banking and NBFCs, manufacturing, energy or FMCG.
- Agile delivery combined with fixed-date customer commitments.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic SQL and APIs; uses AI tools to plan, write and track work, and checks their output.
- Has set up a delivery process or PMO from scratch at a growing company.
