Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / Software Development / Technical Leadership.
• Strong hands-on coding/development background to understand technical implementation.
• Proven experience managing both mobile application and web application projects.
• Experience managing and coordinating development teams and technical resources.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development lifecycle, and project delivery processes.
• Experience in project estimation, resource planning, effort estimation, timelines, and delivery planning.
• Strong understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, databases, mobile/web application architecture, and development processes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one programming/development technology is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
• Strong client-handling, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage end-to-end mobile and web development projects from requirement gathering and estimation through development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
• Take complete ownership of project planning, execution, tracking, and successful delivery.
• Work closely with developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Use your hands-on coding/development experience to understand technical challenges, review technical approaches, and support developers when required.
• Translate business and client requirements into technical tasks, project plans, milestones, and sprint plans.
• Prepare project estimations, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery plans.
• Manage project scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and technical roadblocks.
• Monitor development progress and ensure all milestones are completed within the committed timelines.
• Manage and coordinate development teams, including resource allocation, workload distribution, task assignment, and performance tracking.
• Conduct regular client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, project demos, and status updates.
• Act as the primary communication point between clients, management, and technical teams.
• Handle client expectations, changes in requirements, escalations, and project-related communication professionally.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively implement solutions to avoid delays.
• Ensure proper coordination between development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
• Ensure proper documentation of requirements, project plans, technical discussions, deliverables, and project status.
