Zscaler is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Karnataka to lead high-impact deployments in a hybrid work setting. You will own end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary contact for customers during deployment and post-go-live support.

You will define success criteria, track milestones, and maintain rigorous documentation while navigating escalations with technical experts to ensure secure, seamless outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Technical literacy in security fundamentals including firewalls, proxies, and web security gateways.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a proven ability to lead and facilitate large-scale customer presentations.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the success of new customer deployments, serving as the central point of contact throughout the deployment service period.
• Define and track success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines to ensure every project stays on schedule and delivers maximum value.
• Cultivate deep relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment and timely completion of all deliverables.
• Navigate and resolve complex account escalations by mobilizing internal resources and technical experts to achieve swift resolution.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and project tracking while educating customers on onboarding tools and post-sales support processes.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the Sr Manager, Professional Services, SecOps in the Professional Services department. As a Senior Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and finalize high-impact projects according to scope, ensuring our customers successfully navigate their digital transformation. You will act as the primary point of contact during deployment, orchestrating resources and coordinating internal teams to deliver seamless, secure outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional project management experience
• Technical literacy in security fundamentals including firewalls, proxies, and web security gateways
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a proven ability to lead and facilitate large-scale customer presentations

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Active Project Management (PMP) certification
• Experience navigating the fast-paced environment of the cybersecurity or SaaS industry
