Job summary

Amtech Software seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead customer implementations and strategic internal initiatives. You will manage plans, milestones, and budgets while guiding cross-functional teams across geographies.

You will mentor staff, drive stakeholder alignment, report progress, and identify process improvements to enhance delivery and service excellence. Travel may be required for global projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple customer implementation projects.
• Create, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Execute project activities in accordance with Amtech’s implementation methodology.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Provide regular project status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Forecast project hours, resource requirements, and project schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within the scope of the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Drive continuous improvement across implementation methodologies and business processes.
• Develop and deliver presentations, project updates, and customer-facing proposals.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service delivery.
• Support organizational initiatives, including sales cycle support, operational improvements, and practice development.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Amtech’s solutions and the industries we serve.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance project management and implementation capabilities.
• Assume people leadership and staff management responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with department leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Development, Human Resources, Customer Success, and other departments to support organizational goals.
