Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Cybersecurity Transformation to lead large-scale cybersecurity programs for a global banking environment. You will drive enterprise security transformation across Network Security, IAM, PAM, Authentication and Cryptography, engaging senior business and technology stakeholders up to the C-suite.

• IT experience with significant experience in Program/Project Management.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Cybersecurity Transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity capabilities and technologies.
• Experience working in global organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Expertise in managing executive stakeholders, including C-level leadership.
• Experience in governance forums, Steering Committees, and executive reporting. Strong risk, dependency, and issue management experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects within a complex cybersecurity portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, security, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Drive program governance, executive reporting, and Steering Committee discussions.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Define and track OKRs, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable JIRA backlogs and delivery plans.
• Ensure alignment between cybersecurity strategy, business objectives, and technology initiatives.
• Drive organizational change management and successful adoption of cybersecurity capabilities.
• Communicate program status, outcomes, and risks to leadership and executive stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager - Cybersecurity Transformation to lead large-scale cybersecurity programs for a global banking environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity delivery, enterprise security transformation, stakeholder management, and program governance within complex global organizations.

This role requires driving transformational initiatives across cybersecurity domains including Network Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Authentication, and Cryptography, while engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders up to the C-suite level.
