Job summary

Cognite, India, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Industrial AI implementation projects. You will own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to value realisation, coordinating across Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, product teams, and Customer Success to ensure measurable business impact.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and profitability while communicating with stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex software, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology implementation projects.
• Experience managing enterprise or industrial digital transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability.
• Experience within one or more industrial sectors, including Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, or Life Sciences.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks such as Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently across technical teams, customers, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery from kickoff through deployment, adoption, and value realisation.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, customer outcomes, and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product teams, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate customer objectives into measurable success metrics and facilitate Value Realisation Workshops to demonstrate business impact.
• Managing project financials, including forecasting, revenue recognition, profitability, cost management, and reporting.
• Building trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, leading steering committees, and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and scope changes while ensuring appropriate governance and transparency.
• Supporting customer adoption through change management, enablement, and training while recognising opportunities to expand customer value.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of delivery practices by applying Cognite's PMO methodologies, playbooks, and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing enterprise or industrial digital transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and technical workstreams.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architecture, and enterprise systems, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams and informed decision-making.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including forecasting, revenue recognition, margin management, and project profitability.
• Experience within one or more industrial sectors, including Energy, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities, Power & Renewables, or Life Sciences.
