Job summary

Etech Energy Infra is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Executive to lead Substation and Transmission Line EPC projects. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring project alignment with drawings, BOQ, specifications, and schedules.

The role requires 5–8+ years of relevant experience, exposure to 66/132/220/400 kV works, strong skills in project planning, billing, and MS Excel MIS reporting, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor Substation & Transmission Line works as per drawings, BOQ, specs and schedules.
• Prepare and track daily, weekly & monthly micro-level project plans (manpower, machinery, materials, targets).
• Monitor planned vs. actual progress; identify bottlenecks and implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage subcontractors including work allocation, productivity, measurements and bill verification.
• Handle material planning, RA billing, quantity reconciliation, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, testing and commissioning requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Take ownership from mobilization to execution, testing, commissioning and handover.

Senior Project Executive – Substation & Transmission Line

We are hiring an experienced and execution-focused Senior Project Executive for Substation & Transmission Line EPC Projects, with strong technical knowledge, micro-level project management skills, and the ability to independently coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

• Execute and monitor Substation & Transmission Line works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and schedules.


• Prepare and track daily, weekly & monthly micro-level project plans, including manpower, machinery, materials and activity-wise targets.


• Monitor planned vs. actual progress, identify bottlenecks and implement recovery plans.


• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams.


• Manage subcontractors including work allocation, productivity, measurements and bill verification.


• Handle material planning, RA billing, quantity reconciliation, additional/deviation works and project documentation.


• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, testing & commissioning requirements.


• Participate in client meetings and ensure timely resolution of technical and site-related issues.


• Take complete ownership from mobilization to execution, testing, commissioning and handover.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical Engineering


• Experience: 5–8+ years in similar Substation/TL projects


• Experience in 66/132/220/400 kV Substation and/or Transmission Line works preferred


• Strong knowledge of project planning, BOQ, billing, MS Excel & MIS reporting


• Willing to travel/work at project sites

Up to ₹75,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, technical competency and interview performance.
