Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 7–10 years of experience in high-rise construction with formwork.
• Hands-on experience in shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete works.
• Exposure to 25+ storey or large-scale high-rise projects is preferred.
• Basic ERP and Excel knowledge for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Shuttering / Formwork (Mivan) Supervision: supervise erection, alignment, and dismantling of formwork systems.
• Ensure line, level, verticality, and dimensional accuracy before casting.
• Verify shuttering oil application and leak-proofing before pours.
• Monitor cycle time and drive productivity improvements.

Role Summary

The role isresponsible for execution and supervision of core structural works forhigh-rise construction, including shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting.The position ensures quality, safety, and adherence to construction sequencesfor high-rise cycles, with strong focus on Mivan/formwork systems.

This is a criticalsite role ensuring floor cycle timelines, structural quality, and executionefficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shuttering / Formwork (Mivan) Supervision

• Supervise erection,alignment, and dismantling of Mivan / aluminium formwork systems.
  
• Ensure line, level,verticality, and dimensional accuracy of formwork before casting.
  
• Verify shuttering oilapplication, tightness, and leak-proofing before pour.
  
• Monitor cycle time(deck, wall, slab) and drive productivity improvements.
  
• Check reinforcement asper approved drawings and BBS.
  
• Ensure correct spacing,cover blocks, laps, anchorage, and binding quality.
  
• Verify embedded items,sleeves, and inserts before closing shuttering.
  
• Coordinate with QA/QCfor pre-pour inspections and approvals.
  
• Ensure readiness forpour (checklist completion: shuttering, steel, embeds, services).
  
• Supervise concretepouring, vibration, finishing, and curing practices.
  
• Monitor slump,temperature, cube testing, and quality compliance.
  
• Ensure propersequencing and joint treatment in high-rise pours.
  
• Drive floor ciclistimelines (target cycle days) and coordinate with planning team.
  
• Ensure resourcereadiness (labour, materials, equipment) for uninterrupted execution.
  
• Identify and resolvesite execution bottlenecks proactively.
  

5. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure execution as perdrawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
  
• Implement checklistsand hold-point inspections before each activity.
  
• Enforce safetypractices during shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting works.
  

6. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate withPlanning, QA/QC, MEP, and Design teams for smooth execution.
  
• Maintain daily progressreports, pour cards, and inspection records.
  
• Escalate deviations inquality, delays, or resource constraints.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech in CivilEngineering
