CivilArch Group in Lucknow/Varanasi is seeking a Senior 3D Visualizer to transform architectural concepts into photorealistic visuals, animations, and walkthroughs for clients and teams.

The role demands strong modeling, rendering, and presentation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, lighting, and materials; experience across software tools and collaboration with design teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong command of architectural design principles and space planning.
• Expertise in working drawings: plans, sections, elevations, details.
• Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Ability to resolve design–execution conflicts on site.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory; experience with 3D tools encouraged.
• Knowledge of NBCC, local bylaws, and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: create detailed models of architectural designs.
• Walkthroughs & Animations: develop animated walkthroughs and VR presentations.
• Design Collaboration: work with architects and designers to incorporate feedback.
