Civilarch is seeking a creative Junior Project 3D Visualizer to transform architectural concepts into photorealistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for client presentations. You will model interiors, exteriors, and landscapes with accurate materials and lighting, delivering compelling visuals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with architects and designers, adherence to project deadlines, and continual skill development in the latest visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Strong command over architectural design principles and space planning.
• Expertise in working drawings: plans, sections, elevations, details.
• Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Ability to resolve design–execution conflicts on site.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• 3D tools: SketchUp / 3ds Max (basic to advanced).
• Good drawing coordination and clash resolution awareness.
• Knowledge of local building by-laws and NBCC norms.
• Understanding construction tolerances, quality checks, and finishing standards.
• Ability to guide junior architects and draftsmen.

Responsibilities
