Job summary

Candidates should bring 15+ years of AI and analytics experience, strong process mining skills, and a proven ability to manage global, cross-cultural projects with a focus on KPI-driven results.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to apply AI in Quality and Production domains (e.g., defect detection, predictive maintenance).
• Experience working in international environments, especially with German stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with experience in business acquisition and solution delivery.
• Data-driven decision-making skills using metrics and KPIs for project steering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; German language proficiency is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and contribute impactful, creative solutions.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• Additional certifications (if any): PMP, Agile, Six Sigma (preferred)

• Experience in AI/GenAI transformation programs in automotive or manufacturing domains.
• Exposure to global delivery models and cross-cultural team management.
