Job summary

Direct ATPI in Mumbai or Bengaluru seeks a Senior Program Manager to bridge global travel strategy with regional execution, delivering a seamless candidate travel experience aligned with the brand.

You will own APAC candidate travel delivery, coordinate with Recruiting, Mobility, Relocation, and Travel teams, and monitor workflows to mitigate risks while driving automation and efficiency across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years in corporate travel account/program management.
• 3+ years managing regional/multilocation travel programs.
• Expertise in travel operations, policies, and automation platforms.
• Experience with workflow tools (Juno, Avenir) and data analysis.
• Strong communication, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities
